Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Power Plan Application Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for professionals with deep expertise in Power Plan applications, especially those familiar with implementation, configuration, and optimization. As a Power Plan SME, you will serve as a key advisor, providing expert-level guidance, troubleshooting, and support for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary expert on Power Plan applications, offering in-depth knowledge and support.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Power Plan solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify system issues, recommend enhancements, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the deployment of application updates.
  • Provide training and mentorship to clients and internal staff on the effective use of Power Plan functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and updates within the Power Plan suite and related technologies.
  • Manage and resolve complex support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are provided.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align Power Plan capabilities with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in application deployment and usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Power Plan SME, consultant, or similar role with hands-on experience in Power Plan applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Power Plan configuration, system architecture, and integration with other systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a remote environment with a self-motivated and disciplined approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Power Plan or related software systems.
  • Prior experience in project management or leading implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases, and system integration.
