About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead and implement strategies for participant engagement in Real-World Evidence (RWE) clinical trials. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of clinical studies by driving recruitment initiatives, optimizing patient retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet trial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to target populations for RWE clinical trials.
  • Create and manage retention plans to ensure ongoing participant engagement throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and external partners to optimize outreach and recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor recruitment and retention metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Address recruitment challenges proactively and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in clinical trial patient recruitment and retention, ideally within RWE studies.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulations.
