REMOTE DATA RESEARCH & ENTRY SPECIALIST CONTRACTOR
Who We Are
Zonda Urban (ZU) is a market-leading research and advisory firm specializing in the collection and analysis of new multi-family residential development data across. ZU strives to provide a dynamic and team-oriented work environment that allows team-members to learn and gain valuable experience in the residential development industry.
What We Need
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZUs proprietary NHSLive data product. As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will:
• Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases;
• Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban;
• Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product;
• Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy;
• Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities;
• Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
Who Were Looking For
• A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information;
• Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development;
• Organized and resourceful with strong research skills/ abilities and ability to work from home, and a positive attitude;
• Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment;
• Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook other software packages.
What We Offer
