Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Support SME (Functional) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide advanced functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, assisting clients in optimizing their use of the platform and resolving complex functional issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including Financials, HCM, SCM, or others as required.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues reported by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
• Guide clients in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and enhancements to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Document support cases, resolutions, and recommendations for future reference.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives for clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a product support or SME role.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and solutions.
