About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Site Management Operations to oversee clinical trial site management and ensure the success of trial operations. In this fully remote position, you will lead a team responsible for site selection, activation, performance, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of clinical trial milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee site management strategies to optimize clinical trial operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of site managers and clinical operations staff.
• Manage site selection, activation timelines, and performance metrics to ensure efficient trial execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GCP guidelines, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Analyze site performance data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership on site management progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in clinical trial site management and operations, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and operational tools.
