Responsibilities
• Develop and test smart contracts and programming efforts on Ethereum.
• Collaborate with other engineers in an agile environment to develop innovative blockchain solutions.
• Design and optimize scalable and robust services that will operate at scale.
• Own feature implementations and maintain a continuous integration pipeline.
• Improve code quality through unit tests, automation, and code reviews.
• Monitor and manage cloud servers and other infrastructure/tools.
Experience / Skills Desired
• Professional experience as a software engineer with at least one year of experience in Solidity programming.
• Experience with one or more current blockchain development libraries and frameworks: Truffle, Embark, Web3.js, ethers.js, OpenZeppelin, and Dapphub.
• Strong emphasis on security and a thorough understanding of all potential exploits related to Solidity.
• Experience with one or more web technologies: Node.js, Go, Python, React, Angular, Redux, VueJS, Bootstrap, Docker, CoreOS, RocksDB.
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, cryptography, Ethereum, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps, and cloud server technologies such as DigitalOcean, AWS, or Azure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
