Requirements:

- Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required. Comprehensive training provided.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with using basic computer programs, navigating online systems, and multitasking.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for handling calls or messages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
